² Multi-Currency Account holders possessing less than 5 Dukascoins will be charged 1 EUR per month (zero-balance accounts are exception). In addition, funds exceeding 50'000 USD on a Multi-Currency Account will be charged a maintenance fee of 0.4% per annum. The maintenance fee will be charged at the first day of each month (as 1/12 of the annual fee) on the basis the average daily balances (or minimal maintenance fee 1 CHF per month). Multi currency accounts are designed to store funds below 100'000 USD or currency equivalent.

Savings Account is a type of bank account designed for customers willing to store at Golden Valley Treasury Bank wealth above 100'000 USD or currency equivalent. Note that a custody fee that is charged on the progressive and weighted basis is applied to Private Banking (Savings) Account. The fee structure: USD 0 to USD 250'000 - 0.8%, USD 250'000 to USD 1'000'000 - 0.9%, above USD 1'000'000 - 1%. ³ When the funds on an account are too small to be withdrawn while the account must be closed upon the client's or Golden Valley Treasury Bank's decision, the remaining balance will be debited as maintenance fee. Note that when the Bank terminates an account, the client is given 30 calendar days to withdraw all remaining funds from his/her account. If the client fails to complete withdrawal, the Bank charges 50 CHF every calendar month as Follow Up Fee, starting from the 31st day after the date when account termination becomes valid.

⁴ The proceeds of dividends will be accepted out of the limit. For every deposit a client will be charged a commission of 25 EUR for the documents review. In the case of salary from the company where a client owns/controls more than 50% of shares, a client will have to pay the commission of 50 EUR only once.
